What Personal Information About Customers / Website Visitors Does Gather?

Does Share the Information It Receives?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with affiliates and business partners of Roxen that are subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.   • Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other corporations or business units or business assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the event or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the assets transferred to the acquiring company.
  • Protection of and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply Roxen’s Terms of Use (available on the website) and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Roxen, our customers or others.   • Credit Card or Other Forms of Payment: To the extent you make any purchase using a credit card, paypal or any other online payment solution, Roxen may securely share your credit card information with third parties as necessary for standard payment processing. Further, to the extent any recurring or further fees shall be subsequently applied in connection with any purchase, such subsequent payments shall be applied to the same payment method (e.g. credit card, paypal, etc.) that was used for the immediately preceding applied charges—unless you have informed Roxen otherwise, in writing, or via the website.
  • Cross-Border: Information collected may be transferred to, stored and processed in your country of residence or any other country in which Roxen (including its affiliates), subcontractors or agents maintain facilities, including the United States and countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). This means your information may be processed in countries with lower data protection standards than your country of residence.  By using our websites and mobile applications, you consent to any transfer, processing or storing of information outside of your country of residence and outside the EEA. We will ensure that if information is transferred outside your country of residence, it will still be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

What About Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites?

Our site may include third-party advertising and links to other websites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these advertisers or third-party websites unless such third parties are affiliates or business partners of Roxen.

These third-party websites and advertisers, or Internet advertising companies working on their behalf, may use technology to send (or “serve”) the advertisements that appear on our website directly to your browser. They would automatically receive your IP address when this happens.
