LINKÖPING, SWEDEN

11 May 2006

The international development agency ActionAid, who recently established a presence in Sweden, has launched its Swedish web site www.actionaid.se using Roxen CMS from Roxen Internet Software.

The purpose of the web site is to inform about the organization's goals and work, as well as to raise money from Swedish contributors.

ActionAid has fought against poverty for close to 35 years. Together with local organizations and in close relationship with the poor, ActionAid engages in the struggle against injustice and poverty.

"ActionAid is an internationally established and respected organization. It is of course a great honor for Roxen to work with them", says Staffan Ekholm, CEO at Roxen Internet Software.

"In Sweden we intend to be active on the Internet and get people involved through our web site", says Katinka Lindholm, responsible for fund raising and communication at ActionAid in Sweden.

The launch of ActionAid.se has been done in cooperation with the web agency Starring.
