IFRA Expo wrap-up

Roxen in Vienna spawns considerable interest

Our modest booth at IFRA Expo got considerable intrest from vendors as well as visitors. Ben Shaw (Chief Digital Officer at Shaw Newspapers) gave two interesting presentations, one on the ever changing challenges of new technology and tablets in particular and one where he told us how Shaw Newspapers rolled out Roxen Editorial Portal.

Roxens very own CEO, Per Östlund, was interviewed, together with Jan van der Veen where they commented on the problems and challenges of the tablet market:

Tablet market has come down to earth

Peter Holmlund from Metro was also there. He showcased their new iPad app (to be released presently). The app project gained a lot of attention being a cost effective project, without compromising quality, both from a technical and user perspective.

Metro to launch iPad app next week

Peter also gave an interview where he commented on Metros iPad strategy.
