Randstad web sites go live with Roxen CMS

Randstad launches several web sites with Roxen CMS, among them RandstadNet, the Intranet of Randstad and also the TempoTeam Intranet. Prior to that, Randstad has launched the web sites for Randstad Germany, Randstad Holding and Randstad Holland.
Randstad's intention was to implement a Content Management System (CMS) standard for the whole organisation, world-wide. Randstad then selected Roxen CMS due to that it is easy to implement and easy to manage. Last year this has been proved in reality.
Before implementing a CMS the success was to be determined on three key issues:
- Up-to-date Content;
- Consistent design; and
- Quick access to information.
Using Roxen CMS, Randstad employees all over the world changes the content of their web sites, rapidly and preserving the right design, without any knowledge of IT. By doing so Randstad can mobilise their employees and focus on working efficiently with the web as a business tool. Consistency in Randstad web sites is assured by separating design from content with XML and XSLT. When being able to work in this manner, the impact on the organisation and its environment is tremendous.
