Easier and more powerful version of Roxen CMS

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN

2 October 2002

Roxen Internet Software launches Roxen CMS 3.3, which is a new version of its prize-winning system for Web Content Management. Roxen CMS offers larger flexibility, increased scalability and improved graphical user interface for both new and current customers.

In the new version Roxen's earlier products, Roxen CMS Instant Edition and Roxen CMS Advanced Edition are totally integrated. Roxen CMS 3.3 includes a start-package with supplementary modules, customised after the customers' different and specific needs. The new version is available from the 1st of October.

With Roxen CMS 3.3 medium-sized and large companies can, within only a couple of days, get a new web site up and running. The product gives the framework for a powerful, flexible and scalable infrastructure for intranets, extranets and public web sites. By separating content from structure and layout the product can handle an un-limited number of information editors, which means that the Webmaster/Infomaster does not become a bottleneck.

"Roxen's product creates information channels, which allows effective and well-informed company organisations internally and competitive public web sites externally. We give the customer easy-to-use-tools so they can focus on their core business. The customers maintenance costs are also reduced, at the same time as the content is always up-to-date", says Kenneth Olofsson, CEO, Roxen Internet Software AB.

Other functionality existing in Roxen CMS is the possibility to handle multiple languages and versions, personalisation of navigation, automated workflow as well as platform and hardware independence.
