Roxen Editorial Portal offers a unique overview in real time on all you need to know about your production flow. Regardless of how many pages a newspaper or magazine includes, how many editions or titles that have to be checked, Roxen Editorial Portal displays the progress of the pages in production as well as the actual production status.

Roxen Editorial Portal is seamlessly integrated with Adobe InDesign and QuarkXPress. A Plugin/XTension and a QuarkXPress Server or Adobe InDesign Server handles the two-way communication between the Roxen Editorial Portal and your page layout tool.

In Roxen Editorial Portal all accessible internal and external archives and information sources can be linked into the normal workflow. With the simplified user interface, any user can search for background information and control available facts.

Roxen Editorial Portal uses available standard applications like Adobe Photoshop and/or Fotoware ColorFactory for image processing when the built-in features are not enough.

Roxen Editorial Portal allows you to import external feeds from any source (Reuter, TT, AFP, AP, Bloomberg etc.). As with the Roxen Editorial Portal in general, import is handled through an intelligent XML implementation which opens up great possibilities.

All files, stories and editions are stored and versioned in Roxen Editorial Portal. This means that all previously saved items are easily found by browsing your categories or through Search.
