• View history – See the complete file publication history with dates, publish notes, author info and content previews.

• Revert – Undo mistakes by reverting files back to any previous version. This also includes files which have been deleted.

• Compare – Compare your changes in content and metadata to the published version to get a quick overview of the differences.

• Find contributors – For text-based content Roxen CMS can display which person that changed each line in the file and when.

Unlike other systems Roxen CMS avoids the need to lock files before editing. This is a great time-saver since there is no risk of people leaving pages locked while they are on the road or absent from work. Consequently, administrators no longer have to unlock forgotten files.

Even though locking is unnecessary, several users can work concurrently on the same web page without losing any of their modifications. Roxen CMS will warn about conflicting changes when a page is published and give the author an option of selecting the correct paragraphs in a web-based wizard.
