Handle multiple character sets – Roxen CMS supports ISO-8859-1, UTF-8, Unicode and many more. Write your content in any character set and have them automatically converted to a character set the visitor's web browser can handle.

Language control on a per-file basis – No need to maintain separate files or sites for each language. Translate only the content without duplicating layout templates, application logic or shared graphics.

All files have language support – Aside from XML, HTML and text files you can have multilingual menus, images, XSLT and CSS stylesheets, JavaScript files and so on.

Integrated translation aids – Helps you keep all translations synchronized for a file. Combine with workflow to ensure web pages are translated before being published.

Graceful fallbacks – Sites which have only been partially translated will deliver pages in other languages according to the preferences of the visiting user.
Pervasive support throughout the product
The multilingual support in Roxen CMS is not skin-deep but extends to all parts of the product. For example, the search engine is capable of normalizing Asian Unicode input for proper word matching, the graphics engine can render Arabic characters into beautifully anti-aliased headings, and the XSLT engine can apply stylesheets to content regardless of the character set.
