Roxen Platform has been awarded the prestigious PCWeek Best of Comdex award in the category of Best Internet Software. The jury's motivation is:

"Roxen Platform is a highly customizable suite of Internet servers that runs on practically any platform. The suite provides a secure Web server, strong database integration and good dynamic site-building tools. Roxen's modular design makes the suite one of the most extensible the judges have ever seen."

At Comdex over 10,000 new products are launched and out of these 400 are nominated for the PCWeek Best of Comdex. The jury elects 40 of these, which enters as finalists in 10 different categories. One of these is the Best Internet Software category, which Roxen Platform won.

Roxen WebServer received the Golden Mouse Trophy as Best Swedish Software of the Year. The jury consisted of several leading Swedish business and IT magazines and a Swedish industry organization.

"With Roxen Platform, companies will find a Web system that will allow them to grow and extend their Web sites to almost any need. The extensibility of the platform will also let these businesses address particular Web application needs."

Roxen Platform received the PCWeek Lab's Analyst's Choice for its Web Content Management capabilities.

The European IST Prize is the prime award for ground-breaking products in the world of information society technologies. Roxen Platform has been awarded European IST Prize winner in Helsinki at the IST Conference. The prize winner certificate was handed over by the Finnish EU commissioner at that time, Mr Erkki Liikanen.
